Dr. Kanan Khatau
It began with a question—one that would shape the next 25 years of learning, practice, and transformation:
Why do people continue to suffer, even when symptoms are treated?
This insight led her deeper—beyond medicine alone.
By 2003, she pursued postgraduate training in Clinical and Health Psychology and Counselling, learning to listen not only to the body, but to the stories people carry within them. Here, she discovered how thoughts, emotions, belief systems, and life experiences directly shape health outcomes.
This curiosity led her into the subconscious mind.
Through Clinical Hypnotherapy for Behaviour Modification, she learned structured, ethical ways to access deeper layers of conditioning. Along the way, she integrated Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) and Inner Child Healing, helping clients release long-held emotional pain with compassion and safety.
In 2006, her learning expanded into the body itself through InterPlay, a global movement and sound-based practice that unlocks the body’s innate intelligence. She witnessed how trauma, grief, and resilience are stored not just in memory—but in posture, breath, and movement.
Her quest for root-cause healing culminated in Transpersonal Regression Therapy (2012), where she studied how past experiences—sometimes beyond conscious memory—can influence present-day fears, health challenges, and emotional blocks.
At this stage, her work had evolved into something rare:
therapy that integrates mind, body, emotions, and consciousness.
To address this, she trained in Stakeholder-Centric Leadership Coaching under Dr. Marshall Goldsmith, followed by certification in International Coaching Federation (ICF) methodologies.
Coaching refined her approach:
• Asking powerful questions
• Accelerating clarity
• Designing outcome-focused interventions
She blended these tools seamlessly into therapy—creating her own integrated model that helps clients reach meaningful change faster, deeper, and sustainably.
Her philosophy has evolved from treating illness to cultivating mental fitness, emotional resilience, and preventive wellness—especially for individuals facing:
• Chronic health conditions
• Medical diagnoses and recovery journeys
• Anxiety, burnout, grief, and emotional fatigue
• Life transitions and identity shifts
Your experiences, victories, and challenges are not flaws to be fixed.
They are chapters waiting to be understood, healed, and reshaped.
